How do I order?
Ordering from ESLDepot.com is easy and fast. When you find something that you want, click "Add to Cart". You will then go to your Shopping Cart, where you can see the product(s) you have chosen. You can remove a product or change its quantity at any time in your Shopping Cart. To keep shopping, just click on "Continue Shopping". When you are ready to place your order, click on "Checkout". You can then enter your delivery and payment details. You will see the total cost of your order before making payment.

Do I need to open an account before ordering?
No, you can order without an account.

We accept payment by Visa and MasterCard credit cards.

Is it safe to enter my card number online?
The page where you enter your credit card details is on a secure server. You can safely enter your credit card number via a secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. We use secure payment processing for your protection, so that your payment details are fully encrypted using the most sophisticated e-payment software.

Why did my credit card authorization fail?
It is not uncommon for a request for credit card authorization to fail once or twice before the card is finally authorized. Please contact your bank if you experience particular difficulties.

eBooks: These are downloadable so there is NO shipping. You will receive a download link by email immediately. (Please make sure to enter your email address correctly and check your spam box if you do not see our email!)

CDs: These are shipped by Airmail. Shipping is FREE. Please allow 3 to 10 days for Airmail delivery world-wide.

Games and Books: These are shipped by Airmail. Shipping is FREE. Please allow 7 to 21 days for Airmail delivery world-wide.

Address Accuracy
Bad addresses may delay delivery of your order. Please enter your address information carefully.

Split Deliveries
For orders of more than one product, your order may arrive in more than one parcel. In such cases we cannot guarantee that all parcels will arrive on the same day.

Refund Policy

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase of a physical product within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products except for digital items (for example: e-Books) where the item has been downloaded. We regret that we also cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of software products where the item has been unsealed.

To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please email eslDepot.com@eslDepot.com.com, giving the reason for the return as "I just don't want it anymore". Please package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you at:
